Devops Engineer Azure Gcp (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying solutions primarily in Azure cloud environments, supporting development teams, and managing containerization technologies. Your contributions will be vital to enhancing our infrastructure and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deploy observability stacks and manage tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Istio
• Migrate applications from cloud-native Kubernetes to OpenStack
• Administer and configure systems across Windows and Linux environments
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerization and orchestration
• Collaborate with development teams to support deployment and operational needs
• Ensure effective monitoring and observability of deployed solutions
• Continuously improve and optimize deployment processes and system configurations

Requirements

• Proficiency in Azure, with strong knowledge of GCP as a plus
• Strong programming skills in Python and PowerShell
• Experience in system configuration and administration of Windows and Linux environments
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Istio
• Proven experience in deploying and managing distributed systems
• Experience with SRE practices: knowledge of concepts and tools such as SLA, SLI, SLO, RCA, and postmortems to ensure system reliability and availability
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• English proficiency at a B1+ level or higher
