Datycs develops enterprise software for healthcare organizations for automating extraction

of clinical, administrative and sociodemographic data. Our natural language processing (NLP)

technology unlocks valuable information in 80% of health records data that is typically

unstructured and unused.

Our solutions integrate this information with data from electronic health records, claims,

and other administrative and social databases, to provide analytics and actionable insights.

These insights improve operational efficiency in several areas including risk adjustment,

quality measures, and utilization management.

Role

• Design, Develop, and Maintain deployment manifests, scripts, documentation for applications and infrastructure frameworks.
• Monitor and manage dev, test and production clusters and applications using deployed frameworks and tools.
• Create and manage deployment strategy for the products, a CI/CD framework and scripts, and ensure smooth deployment.
• Ensure 100% uptime of production applications
• Create necessary supporting documentation for the product such as deployment/installation procedure guides, design documents, test case documents
• Automate and Test deployment procedures and scripts
• Engage in discussions with partners and customers to understand their operational requirements and challenges and build the necessary frameworks in to the product.
• Manage software deployment releases to various customers.

Skills and Education

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in and knowledge of working with public clouds preferably Azure.
• Experience working with AWS or GCP is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience deploying and managing Enterprise Software, preferably for international clients. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Experience in developing, deploying and maintaining container based application manifests with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm required.
• Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks and tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket pipelines etc is a plus.
• Experience in setting up, maintaining and working with logging and performance monitoring frameworks and tools such as Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Working knowledge of GIt source control workflows and VSCode as development environments.
• Familiarity with using Linux as a development platform and fluency with unix command line utilities and shell scripting.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, propose fixes and develop fixes and deploy to ops framework tools.
• Knowledge of programming in python is a plus – Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong grasp of the English language is required.
