Your role:
Daily operation support on application deployment, troubleshooting and cloud administration. Including overnight work-from-home standby support with shift

allowance

Setup and configuration of both applications and cloud infrastructure in the project lifecycle.

Produce deliverables, documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.

Interact and communicate with business partners and clients for system changes and updates.

Proactively to maintain Reliability, Availability and Serviceability (RAS) for our critical systems.

We look for:
Higher diploma or above in IT related fields with at least 2 years Devops/Application Support/ Linux experience; or 4 years practical DevOps/Application Support/Linux experience from any fields back by relevant IT professional certificates.

Practical experience in AWS Applications, CI/CD tools, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Linux, Shell Script, Python, etc. And proficiency in technical documentation on all these.

Basic concept of programming languages such as Node.js, Go and understanding how the code works.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior DevOps Engineer.
