Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in analyzing and understanding business and technical requirements to implement scalable infrastructure solutions. 
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions. 
• Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. 
• Support the performance optimization of infrastructure using monitoring tools like Dynatrace or New Relic. 
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to adopt and implement DevOps best practices. 
• Write and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. 
• Develop automation scripts for routine tasks and integrations, preferably using Python. 
• Manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Docker under supervision. 
• Ensure basic infrastructure security and compliance with established standards. 
• Perform regular database maintenance and optimization of PostgreSQL instances. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor infrastructure issues under guidance. 
• Document processes, systems, and configurations to maintain operational transparency. 

Required Qualifications 

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience of 3–5 years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles. 
• Experience with GitHub for version control and repository management. 
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. 
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. 
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python for automation. 
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as New Relic or Prometheus. 
• Exposure to infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. 
• Basic understanding of networking, server management, and containerization technologies. 
• Awareness of security and compliance best practices in cloud environments. 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Entry-level certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) or GCP. 
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker. 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively. 
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
