What you’ll do

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote Rinf.tech’s DevOps services, aligning with overall company goals.
  • Business Development: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients, building a robust pipeline of leads across key sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
  • Solution Selling: Work with the technical pre-sales and engineering teams to present tailored DevOps solutions that address clients’ challenges, improve software development cycles, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure the seamless integration of sales efforts and solution delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of market trends, DevOps advancements, and competitive landscape to continuously refine and improve sales strategies.
  • Sales Targets & Performance: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, providing accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with Rinf.tech’s service offerings and value propositions.

What you need to be successful

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in DevOps, cloud, or IT infrastructure services.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automation tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the IT or software services sector.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions in business terms.
  • Experience in managing sales cycles from lead generation to closing large, complex deals.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Ansible, and Terraform is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
