Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of diagnostics and a good understanding of healthcare practices. A background in medicine and experience in phlebotomy is preferred.

Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Analyze and report any problems during customer interactions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers regarding our diagnostics and health programs.
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.

Qualifications:

  • BSC / MSC in Microbiology / Biochemistry / Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent) or a related field.
  • Experience in phlebotomy and a solid understanding of diagnostics.
  • Basic understanding of medicine and functional health approaches.
  • Proven experience in a customer support leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and passion for helping others achieve better health outcomes.
