Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term client partnerships while overseeing digital marketing initiatives across various accounts, ensuring impactful and quantifiable outcomes.

  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), engaging clients through monthly webinars or calls to uphold client satisfaction and retention.

  • Educate clients on the latest digital marketing best practices and trends to help them maximize available tools and self-service options.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience with digital marketing analytics, data analysis, and CRM systems, complemented by 5+ years in the field.
  • Proven success as a Digital Account Manager with hands-on expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in social media platforms and performance analytics.
  • A proactive problem-solver with genuine passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics and data analysis, with at least 4 years dedicated to project management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience of 5+ years.
  • Experience within Health & Fitness sectors is advantageous, though not mandatory.
