Job Description

As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage client accounts, ensuring their success by delivering exceptional campaign execution and support. Your expertise in digital advertising will be key to building strong relationships and improving campaign outcomes for clients.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Experience in the digital advertising company, preferably from Metro Manila is a must.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital account management within Paid Social Advertising.
• Expert-level understanding of major platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in startup environments is a bonus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Your Daily Tasks

• Act as the day-to-day contact for client accounts, offering stellar customer service and account management.
• Proactively manage and support your accounts to increase retention through top-tier campaign execution.
• Help clients measure the success of their advertising campaigns, providing detailed reporting and documentation.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships with regular check-ins, training, and support.
• Continuously review and improve campaigns, offering recommendations for better outcomes.
