How You Will Spend Your Time
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact to foster long-term partnerships and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to set clear objectives and develop tailored strategies that drive measurable results, regularly reassessing goals to adapt to changing needs
- Oversee the overall performance of client accounts, liaising with the project management team to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables meet client expectations
- Lead client onboarding by gathering necessary information, defining project requirements, and facilitating a smooth transition into execution
- Analyze client needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, presenting strategic solutions that add value and drive growth
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, providing guidance and insights to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Provide actionable insights and regular updates through clear progress reports, articulating the agency’s value and positioning it as a vital partner in client success
- Contribute feedback to internal teams to refine project management processes and improve team efficiency
Who You Are
- You have previous experience working in a website design/development agency and have a good understanding of the industry and its best practices
- You have a strategic mindset and ability to think critically to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- You have experience with Asana (or similar project management tools) and have created/optimized processes within the tool
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring that your work is accurate and of the highest quality
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- You have extremely good analytical skills that will help you parse data & information and make sense of it when creating reports
- You have excellent English communication skills and are comfortable working with clients and colleagues at all levels
- You are able to work in the Eastern Time zone (8.30AM – 5.30PM)
- You have your own work equipment and fast internet connection that will allow you to always stay connected to the team and clients
