What are you going to do?

• Fostering user-centric product development by evaluating novel ideas and existing products with end-customers;
• Consulting product teams on applicable test methods to verify hypotheses together with Digital Analyst & joint alignment of test material and questions;
• Setting up, executing and analyzing customer studies together with partners, pro-actively or based on product / platform assignment;
• Understanding different customer needs and revealing customer pains and gains relevant for our product teams;
• Defining UX metrics, tracking them regularly and reporting insights and recommendations;
• Reflecting the reality regarding user experience and usability based on UX metrics;
• Building up knowledge about customer insights methodology as well as user behaviour together with stakeholders and partners by sharing current customer studies;
• Complementing results from Digital Analyst data & jointly create reports and recommendations for further testing or product development;
• Communicating methods and value of customer insights to product teams;
• Enabling and training product teams how to obtain customer insights.

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience as Digital Analyst;
• UX reseacher experience (mandatory);
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
