Role Description:
The Digital Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing efforts of Boomerang International Educational Services. This full-time role requires a skilled professional to develop and manage online marketing campaigns, conduct web analytics, and execute strategies to enhance our digital presence. The Digital Campaign Manager will also optimise campaigns to achieve sales targets and deliver detailed performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Development & Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive student inquiries and engagement.
• Craft compelling ad copy tailored to specific target audiences.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting:
• Use Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and other tools to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations to enhance campaign ROI.
• Landing Page Optimisation:
• Work closely with design and technical teams to create and refine landing pages for better conversion rates and SEO performance.
• Digital Strategy Execution:
• Conduct A/B testing, optimise budgets, and analyse trends to maximise digital campaign effectiveness.
• Implement and manage tags using Google Tag Manager for accurate campaign tracking.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with company objectives.
• Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in using Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Expertise in SEO and SEM best practices.
• Proven experience in web analytics and interpreting data to inform campaign strategies.
• Strong sales and digital marketing acumen.
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Core Competencies:
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in Meta Advertising and Google Ads/Analytics.
• Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms.
• Experience in the education sector or working with student recruitment campaigns.
