Digital Consulting Project Manager (Remote)

We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Digital Consulting Project Manager to join our Advisory & Consulting team in Sydney.

The Digital Consulting Project Manager is a key role reporting to the Senior Manager and accountable for driving Digital Advisory & Consulting services to market for the division. The role is accountable for delivering a sustainable and profitable portfolio of Digital Project services critical to the division achieving success.

The salary range for this position is between $110,000 – $115,000 (inclusive of superannuation).

What will your typical week look like?

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
• Conduct initial risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies, proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget as well as monitor resource utilisation and adjust as needed to optimise project performance
• Lead project team meetings to review progress, identify issues, and track action items, monitoring project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

Working with clients to ensure effective project governance in the form of Project Control Boards or Steering Committees

Let’s talk about you!

• Relevant and proven experience in a similar role, ideally working in a large corporate or SME space
• Relevant degree qualification within Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SCRUM) is highly desirable
• Technical understanding of Digital applications and technologies including Microsoft D365 Business Central, D365 CE, Power BI, M365 etc
• Experienced in RFI / RFQ / RFP preparation and submission of tenders
• Exposure to ASX listed businesses is highly desirable, however not essential
