- Intro – your welcome to us, the role and the team
The Child Protection in Sport Unit is part of the Professional Learning Services team within Income Generation and is a unique initiative to support the capacity of sport to safeguard all children in and through sport and to co-ordinate the delivery of multi-agency strategies and action plans to raise safeguarding awareness, standards, knowledge, and skills throughout sport. This post is responsible for the digital work within the Child Protection in Sport Unit which includes management of staff responsible for the website, social media and external communications.

This role manages the digital services provided by the CPSU to make safeguarding in sport accessible for all.
We want you to look at innovative ways to support the sector in safeguarding children in sport and share good practice.
Our digital reach is growing and we need you to develop a strong strategy for this growth with the wider team to ensure that the Child Protection in Sport Unit remains the ‘go to’ place to support the sector.
- About you
Do you have extensive experience of managing websites and other digital platforms with the ability to lead on developing content for professionals?
Do you have excellent communication skill with the ability to write clearly and accurately for a variety of audiences?
Do you have the skills to lead and manage a team to achieve the CPSU strategy?
