DCR (Digital Customer Relationship) specialist
Country DCX Leader, Drive and evangelize digitization by working closely with other stakeholders. Accountable for the consistency & seamlessness of Digital Customer Experience across all digital platforms. Accountable for planning, coordination, deployment, utilization, and acceleration of all required DCX initiatives within a country. Act as the SPOC in the country on digital CX topics.
- Analyze Digital Customer / Partner Journeys and responsible to grow our business deploying an integrated customer experience across diverse platforms (Social Media, Online, Customer Care Center, Sales People, Mobile, PRM, App) –
- Continue to focus on Web & product data and catalogue:
1) Outstanding end2end product experience, from selectors to distributors
2) Manage, push and localize global content across platforms
- Create consistent & individualized customer experience with running digital channel management
1) Identify and provide seamless experience across platforms
2) Enhanced self-service to provide quick answers to our customers –
- Accelerate Value creation
1) Develop capabilities in e-commerce with our distributors and digital ordering with our direct customers (mySchneider)
2) Digital Channel Management in countries to increase % of active and generate business
3) Strongly increase digital skills and expertise
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the SE website (www.se.com/vn)
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the SE website satisfaction rate such as zero search
- Responsible for assisting in the development of SE’s product pages and utilizing a range of techniques including SEO to improve web and brand online visibility.
- Capture up to date and relevant market and technology trends, customer insights and lead best-in-class digital capability build Qualifications.
[Required Experience]
- + 5 years’ experience in website management or digital marketing relevant field at the company and or agency
- Experience of planning, managing, and executing against an annual budget
- Project management experience leading e-commerce or CRM or PRM launching project
- Experience managing Digital (website, user experience) with a proven track record of driving ROI and sales.
- Demonstrated history of thinking strategically and creatively, developing practical and specific strategy and tactics to produce tangible results
[Preferred Qualifications & Skills]
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in English
- Web guru preferred
- Great at number and analysis, data driven marketing
- Email Marketing – Search engine marketing
- GA (Google Analytics) tool, SFMC, Tealium’s CDP, Builder.io
