Digital Delivery Manager (D365 F&O) – Inside IR35

The Digital Delivery Manager (D365 F&O) will lead and maintain delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of D365 F&O, adhering to the Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Standard and Technology Code of Practice

As a Digital Deliver Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead and optimize the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ensuring solutions align with business needs and deliver intended benefits.
• Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations at all levels.
• Speak and represent the community to large audiences inside and outside of government.
• Facilitate discussions in high-risk or complex situations.
• Identify and implement solutions to optimise delivery flow and guide teams in adopting new, efficient processes.
• Resolve complex risks and dependencies in projects.
• Identify and challenge organisational processes of increasing complexity and those processes that are unnecessarily complicated.
• Guide teams through the implementation of a new process.
• Lead and deliver projects through the continual GDS Delivery process in a very complex environment.
• Identify dependencies in plans across services and coordinate delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues in team dynamics. Enhance performance and accelerate team development through targeted feedback.
• Manage relationships and negotiate with contracted suppliers.
• Ensure value from contracts and suppliers.
• Negotiate, influence or set budgets in complex environments.
• Contribute to business cases and communicate business value propositions.
• Oversee the entire D365 F&O project lifecycle.
• Identify appropriate deliverables and team members for each phase.
• Work with other Agile delivery operations throughout the product lifecycle.

• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).
• Extensive experience with both Dynamics 365 Finance and the full Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations suite.
• Experience managing and delivering Finance and Operations projects.
• Experience of delivering projects that meet the GDS Service Standard and Technology Code of Practice.
• Delivering projects through the GDS Delivery Phases (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to various audiences, Business Stakeholders and can adapt communication styles as needed.
• Government/Public Sector Experience.
