Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Program/ Account Manager to join their Customer Experience team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met by leveraging innovative technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving client success, fostering relationships, and growing account revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop, present, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize performance and adopt new technology solutions.

Campaign Oversight & Performance Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and management of multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Strategy, Product, Sales) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.

Upselling & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or technology solutions to meet client needs.
  • Drive account growth by presenting innovative solutions and ensuring clients achieve measurable ROI.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Deliver regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
