About us

Bloom and Beyond was founded in early 2021 when I left my Marketing Manager role to lay the foundations for my dream – helping business owners flourish with their approach to Digital Marketing and build a loyal, engaged community using social media.

The business has grown rapidly over recent months and I’m now looking to bring on my first employee to support the growing needs of the business. Currently, the role is part-time, however, there is plenty of room for growth.

We support primarily aesthetics, beauty and wellness businesses with their digital marketing strategy offering services including social media management, email marketing, blogging, and website copywriting.

Ideally, you will have some prior experience in working with these industries or you will at least have a keen interest to learn more about them.

About you

  • You are educated to at least A-Level.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication.
  • You will have at least 2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
  • You have a passion for digital marketing and have sound knowledge of all platforms. You will have a flair for writing in a way that engages and inspires action.

Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for content creation for our client’s social media platforms and the implementation of social media strategy and timelines. You will also be responsible for writing blog and newsletter content and delivering monthly reports that cover the agreed KPIs.

You will keep up to date with industry trends, manage Instagram engagement and hashtag research, contract agreement and strategy. You will ensure that we are delivering content that is both highly valuable and relevant for our client’s target markets and audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, creating and implementing social media strategies and engaging content.
  • Working on engagement strategies on an ongoing basis for our clients on their social media accounts.
  • Carrying out hashtag research.
  • Delivering monthly client reports covering all agreed KPIs.
  • Attending client meetings and identifying areas for content development.
  • Liaising with clients to keep them up to date on campaigns.
  • Website management and improvement as needed.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends through market research and data analysis
  • Creating blog and newsletter content for our clients.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and generous performance bonuses
  • An additional day off to celebrate your birthday
  • Flexibility with workdays
  • Fast growth
  • Personal learning and development plans
  • Female leadership

Salary: £13000-14000
