We’re on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager who can build strong relationships with our clients and ensure the seamless delivery of our services.

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our digital marketing and lead generation clients. Your role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, managing project timelines, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategies, and ensure they achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Work with clients to understand their goals and translate these into actionable digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring clients see a clear ROI.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients to keep them informed of progress and results.

Requirements:

• We’re looking for an experienced digital marketing account manager or client success manager.Previous experience at another ad agency is preferred.
• Previous experience with PPC marketing, like YouTube, Google or Search ads would be beneficial. 
• This is a remote role / work from home position , but candidates must be based in Australia for timezone alignment.
• Proven Experience in account management with a strong background in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Bonus Points For:

• Expertise in advanced digital marketing tactics and lead generation strategies.
• Experience in YouTube Ads management
