Job Description

Are you passionate about driving growth through data-driven digital marketing? Applauz is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to scale our inbound marketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads.

In this role, you’ll manage lead nurture campaigns, social media, and inbound marketing focusing on driving demo bookings. You’ll also collaborate with sales to align strategies, ensure accurate campaign tracking, and optimize lead flows for measurable business impact.

Main Objectives:

  • Increased demo bookings through optimized paid and earned inbound media strategies.
  • Seamless collaboration with sales to ensure leads convert effectively into demo bookings.

Responsibilities:

  • Remarketing & Lead Nurturing: Build remarketing campaigns using CRM data (HubSpot) to engage high-intent leads. Assist in creating targeted email workflows and drip campaigns to convert prospects into demo bookings.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with external partners to align blog content and video assets with SEO best practices . Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Manage landing pages, whitepaper lead magnets, and on-site CTAs. Implement A/B testing for optimal user flows, driving high-intent traffic toward demo requests.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead-generation goals, support targeted LinkedIn InMail outreach, and provide regular updates on lead funnel performance.
  • Social Media Strategy: Oversee Applauz’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) to increase engagement and conversion rates. Develop content and campaigns to nurture leads and build brand visibility.
  • Video Marketing: Coordinate video marketing projects, working with third-party agencies to produce demo-focused content with clear CTAs. Track video performance metrics and tie them to demo conversion rates.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools. Analyze data to inform optimization strategies for all campaigns and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in inbound digital marketing, PPC, and social media management.
  • Experience using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, HR, or B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively.

The salary for this position is between 55,000$ and 65,000$ commensurate with experience.
