Digital Marketing Cordinator (Remote)

About the role:

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Digital Marketing Leader who can provide a sustainable solution to enhance our company results. This person will be responsible for marketing strategies, as a player and a coach, and must be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from conception to execution. We are looking for a professional with strong communication skills ready to roll up their sleeves to make a difference. This person will lead the effort to move our organization from a local business to a national brand. You must have the ability to lead and supervise the different projects, budgets, and procedures necessary for the execution of marketing campaigns with the objective of promoting the company’s products and services.

What you´ll do:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including databases, emails, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report on the progress of digital marketing campaigns and evaluate the objectives set (KIP).
• Use your analytical skills to evaluate customer experience, considering communication channels.
• Lead and train the marketing team.
• Develop marketing strategies for the company’s national expansion.
• Reviewing the different current campaigns to detect weak points or develop new ideas or solutions considering budget and timelines.
• Identifying new markets and creating a new marketing plan for the company.
• Maintain close relationships with teams to estimate product demands.
• Evaluating emerging technologies Providing thought leadership and perspective on messaging, channels, and lead generation.
• Spearhead branding initiatives to ensure alignment across companies and the market.

Desired Experience/ Skillset:

• Professional in business marketing, advertising, or another related field with more than 10 years of experience in the area.
• Must be bilingual – English / Spanish
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, managing budgets, and extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of marketing-relatedness practices including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
• Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style to interact with team members, senior management, and customers.
• Time management and organizational skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including graphic design, public relations, and advertising, as well as vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel chain, and real estate is a plus.
