Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee social media accounts’ design. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Create, manage, and post engaging content.
• Managing and creating Ads.
• Optimizing content and SEO.
• Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform insights. Provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social media presence remains innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• SEO & SEM Knowledge: Good understanding of SEO and SEM principles
• 1 Year + Experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and handling public interactions professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
