Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and skilled at engaging audiences online to achieve brand objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services across all digital channels.
  • Oversee and optimize the company’s social media presence, including creating engaging content and managing interactions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and generate website traffic.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including metrics such as impressions, engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to create and optimize engaging digital content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B or B2C settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, content management systems (CMS), and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar digital marketing certifications.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position that may be office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on company policies.
  • The role may require occasional overtime, particularly during campaign launches or other peak periods.
