We are looking for a creative, driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer to join us, focusing on developing digital strategies and content to further our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Content Management
- Develop and oversee both organic and paid social media strategies across platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Manage LinkedIn strategies for engagement and growth.
- Create, manage, and monitor email marketing campaigns that drive client and community engagement.
- Lead content creation, from crafting compelling copy to designing visual content for newsletters, marketing emails, social media, and web platforms.
- Drive branding and rebranding efforts, ensuring all materials reflect our brand identity and mission.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to produce platform content, optimize social posts, and report on performance metrics.
Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Design a wide range of marketing collateral, including business cards, decks, brochures, flyers, one-sheets, banners, and promotional items for events and tradeshows.
- Plan and produce event materials and assist in trade show logistics and organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing and client services teams to develop program-specific materials.
SEO & Website Management
- Conduct website audits and optimizations to improve user experience and search engine ranking.
- Update and maintain the website to ensure timely reflection of company changes and new offerings.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Administrative & Cross-Departmental Support
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling team meetings, setting up calls, managing project timelines, and maintaining calendars.
- Track and report social media and campaign performance, preparing presentations and summaries for senior leadership.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns, collaborating across departments to align on social media execution, creative development, and product messaging.
- Research industry trends and stay current on marketing tools, leveraging insights to enhance our marketing approach.
- Occasionally assist with video content uploads and coordinate with external partners to manage digital assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and content development, preferably in healthcare or a mission-driven industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with digital advertising tools.
- Demonstrated experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content across formats.
- Excellent project management skills, with an eye for detail and organization.
- Experience in analytics and reporting on digital campaign performance.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
- Experience with trade show/event planning and international marketing.
