Role Description

Twisto is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Intern who will join the Polish team. The purpose of this role is to support the Digital Marketing team in enhancing the brand’s digital presence through creative content, campaign management, and customer relationship initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in creative planning, generating ideas and creating videos and content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok and Facebook), in collaboration with the graphic design team.

• Assisting in the management of external communications (e.g. newsletters, social media communications)

• Monitoring social media performance, offering insights and suggestions for optimization.

• Support in campaign management, including copywriting.

• Basic understanding of marketing and social media strategies.

• Practical knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) but with a flexible schedule.

• Creativity and content development skills for social media platforms.

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

• Ability to create videos for social media, with the support of CapCut or other tools.

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, social media, or CRM is an asset.
