Internship Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, SEO, and analytics. You will work closely with our marketing team to help drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning and execution of campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS
• Developing and scheduling marketing messages, promotions, and updates for WhatsApp
• Handling customer data in CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
• Crafting engaging content for WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns
• Analyzing retention metrics (e.g., churn rate, customer lifetime value) and evaluating campaign performance
• Working with cross-functional teams to align customer communication strategies

Qualifications

• Complete or Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for digital marketing.
