As we scale our business, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive our brand’s growth and visibility.
Job Overview:
As the Marketing Lead , you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy. You will drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement through a mix of digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can take ownership of our marketing efforts while remaining hands-on to ensure execution at every level. Your goal is to position the brand as a market leader in the women’s wellness space.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
- Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective growth while maximizing ROI.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Lead the marketing initiatives for product launches, subscription services, and partnerships, including campaigns for menstrual and pregnancy boxes, wellness products, and AI-driven health tools.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and innovative channels.
Digital Marketing & User Acquisition:
- Lead performance marketing efforts, including PPC, SEM, SEO, display ads, social media marketing, and email marketing to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Manage campaigns across digital platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to reach targeted audiences.
- Develop growth-hacking strategies to maximize conversions, reduce CAC, and increase LTV through data-driven decision-making.
- Drive content marketing initiatives, ensuring SEO-friendly, engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
Branding & Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity for the app, ensuring consistent messaging and voice across all channels.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams to align marketing campaigns with customer needs and product offerings.
- Oversee social media strategy, working to engage the community, increase brand visibility, and foster customer trust.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships, increase user retention, and drive engagement.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives, including community-building events, webinars, and content that speaks to the core mission of the brand.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Set and monitor key marketing KPIs, such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention rates, and churn, adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Use marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Facebook Ads Manager to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Prepare detailed marketing performance reports for leadership and adjust campaigns to maximize results.
- Analyze and present data on customer acquisition and behavior trends to ensure data-backed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing lead/manager role, ideally within a health-tech, wellness, or e-commerce environment.
- Experience leading cross-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on user acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar to track performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of growth-hacking strategies, particularly in startups or early-stage companies.
- Experience in health-tech, wellness, or fem-tech is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of customer needs and trends in the women’s wellness industry.
- Strong project management skills to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives, while also effectively leading a team.
- Proven track record of building brand visibility and increasing market share in competitive markets.
- Experience in AI-based platforms or subscription models is an added advantage.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time or part-time, depending on experience and fit.
- Remote/Hybrid work environment with flexible hours.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
