Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Surat , Guajrat

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our firm by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and overseeing the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and other potential clients.

Understand client needs and requirements, and propose suitable architectural consulting services.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are met.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Meet sales targets and goals set by the management team.

Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in business development or sales within the architecture, construction, or related industry.

Strong understanding of architectural consulting services and project lifecycle.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Results-driven with a strong customer focus.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field.

Existing network of contacts within the architecture or construction industry.

Experience with strategic planning and market analysis.
