Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for creating effective strategies, and a track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, PPC, content marketing, etc.)

– Oversee day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns to ensure they meet client expectations and KPIs

– Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns

– Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

– Manage client relationships, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to enhance their digital presence

– Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure agency strategies are cutting-edge

– Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in an agency setting

– Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, and email campaigns

– Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.

– Excellent project management and organizational skills

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relations effectively

– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment
