This position is based in Bangalore or Chennai, with the flexibility for remote work, supplemented by essential in-person meetings with the founders in either city on a weekly basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Integration and Optimization:

  • Lead the integration, optimization, and operation of the complete digital business.
  • Conduct SKU-wise business forecasting aligned with market demand.

Advertising Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, monitor, and analyze all advertising campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and report the performance of new and existing healthcare products.

Digital Marketing Planning:

  • Develop a monthly calendar for E-commerce & Digital Marketing Ads (Facebook, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies for enhanced online visibility.

Content Marketing and Social Media:

  • Collaborate with content creators to plan and execute engaging video and blog content.
  • Develop and implement organic social media marketing campaigns.

Promotional Campaigns:

  • Identify healthcare products and categories for promotional campaigns across various channels.

Performance Analysis and Recommendations:

  • Analyze revenue, campaign performance, and daily ad spends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Compile and analyze search data and metrics for strategic business planning.

Marketing Automation:

  • Implement marketing automation strategies, including push notifications, email, and SMS marketing in coordination with product and tech teams.

Team Management:

  • Build, manage, and monitor a high-performing digital marketing team.

Collaboration and Partnerships:

  • Engage in YouTube marketing initiatives in collaboration with content creators.
  • Identify suitable influencers, plan campaigns, allocate budgets, and monitor performance in influencer marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in various digital marketing fields, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in PPC optimization techniques and hands-on experience in managing large-scale paid search and shopping feed campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance trend identification.
  • A focused, driven individual with a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise.
  • Expertise in driving traffic through SEO and executing successful campaigns in social media.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,400,000.00 per month
