We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our digital team, helping to drive online growth, manage client digital requirements, and ensure an engaging presence across a wide variety of platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, social media associates, content creators, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategy across 10+ platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), including regular postings, engagement strategies, videos, posters, blogs, and articles.
Reputation Management: Monitor and improve online ratings, reviews, and business directory listings to enhance brand reputation.
Content Strategy: Drive content creation across all digital channels, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Website and SEO Maintenance: Oversee website updates, search engine optimization (SEO), and user experience (UX) to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
Client Digital Requirements: Collaborate with clients to understand digital needs, including app and software development, and ensure projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Digital Campaigns: Develop and manage online campaigns to promote services across various verticals, tracking and optimizing for ROI.
Performance Analytics: Analyze and report on digital performance, social media metrics, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing a team.
Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing and growing multi-platform social media channels with engaging content and strategies.
Content Creation: Strong background in content management, with knowledge of current digital marketing trends, storytelling, and branding.
SEO & SEM: In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, keyword research, and SEM to maximize visibility and search rankings.
Client Communication: Excellent communication skills to handle client requirements and ensure alignment with their digital needs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, CMS platforms, and basic understanding of web development or software solutions.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve performance and report results to stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with app or software development processes.
Knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,043.20 – ₹30,000.00 per month
