We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across both paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams at an agency level and be proficient in key digital marketing tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns (search, display, video, social, and mobile) to meet performance KPIs.
- Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with internal goals and efficient use of resources.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads to continuously track, measure, and analyze the performance of all campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Client Relations: Interface with clients to understand their business goals, provide strategic counsel, and present performance insights and future recommendations.
- Performance Optimization: Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel optimization to drive better results across campaigns.
- Budget Management: Handle budgeting and resource allocation across campaigns to ensure efficient and impactful use of marketing spend.
- Content & SEO: Lead content marketing efforts and SEO strategies, ensuring the content is engaging and optimized for search engines.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Collaborate with other teams (content, design, product, etc.) to ensure cohesive cross-channel campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid and organic strategies.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEM, PPC, SEO, and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve performance targets.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Experience in managing large-scale budgets and maximizing ROI.
- Knowledge of latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Agency-level experience preferred.
