Location: Gladesville, Sydney | Salary: $110K – $120K + superannuation
Hybrid Work Arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Advance Human Resources is excited to partner with a highly reputable cosmetics brand to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role is critical in supporting the company’s digital strategy, ensuring the online experience is engaging, seamless, and aligned with the brand’s vision.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Digital Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in developing and executing the digital marketing strategy to drive online sales, consultant recruitment, and brand awareness. The position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across digital platforms, social media, SEO/SEM, and campaign management. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimise the brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage content and campaigns across social media, company websites, and digital portals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality online user experiences.
• Drive customer acquisition and consultant recruitment through targeted campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead email and SMS marketing initiatives to increase engagement and sales.
• Ensure SEO/SEM efforts are maximized to drive traffic and conversions.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in managing websites (WordPress CMS), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and digital tools (Hubspot, Z-mags).
• Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
• Creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
