Role Description

MoonTechno is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. In this role, you will be responsible for driving key digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, lead generation, developing marketing strategies, leveraging web analytics, and overseeing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will expand the company’s brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including social media, lead generation, content, and SEO strategies.
• Work closely with the sales team to segment and identify target customers, ensuring focused and effective marketing efforts.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across the website, email, social media, and paid advertising channels.
• Manage and optimize the company website for improved user experience, conversion rates, and lead generation.
• Oversee all company social media channels, creating and posting compelling content to engage the audience.
• Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ year of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
• Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in Marketing and Web Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with creative digital solutions is a plus
