Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our services and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving results through various digital channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. They will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
· Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
· Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
· Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing plans.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across digital channels, including website, blog, email, and social media.
· Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
· Manage digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
· Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
· Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various digital channels.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
