ToolBelt, Inc., the nation’s fastest-growing construction tech platform, is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote ToolBelt and its services to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and generate pipeline.
The role requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and tools, as well as the ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals. Working closely with sales, customer success, product, and marketing to ensure our campaigns are delivering the results to fuel ToolBelt’s growth.

Responsibilities Include:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing strategies, frameworks, and experiments to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and user acquisition, and generate pipeline.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), display advertising (Google) and email, SMS and push notifications.
- SEO and SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Optimize key webpages for conversions. Manage paid search campaigns to drive efficient lead generation and pipeline.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, automated workflows, lead nurturing and user engagement sequences.
- Channel Partner Marketing: Support co-marketing campaigns with channel partners to drive user acquisition. Enhance collaborative marketing efforts with partners.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (such as Google, Tableau, Marketo) and develop dashboards to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve results
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader ToolBelt team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns.
Our ideal Digital Marketing Manager possesses the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and/or relevant certifications (e.g., Google, 6Sense, Salesforce, Tableau) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and achieving results.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google, Marketo)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience working and communicating in a remote work environment.
- Preferred: Technology experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Google Ads, LinkedIn (Paid Social), Meta (Paid Social), Hubspot, Tableau, and/or Marketo.

Schedule: Full-time remote position, Monday to Friday, with the potential for on-call availability.
