Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through a variety of online channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and serves our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy and Management. Working with our in-house content SEO executive, develop and implement SEO strategies to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic for our clients and our own website.
  • Email Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead outbound email campaigns, newsletters, and client communication to enhance engagement, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Social Strategy: Craft and execute a robust social media strategy across various platforms to build our brand presence and engage with our audience.
  • Omni-Channel Content Calendar: Manage a comprehensive content calendar that integrates all digital marketing activities, ensuring consistency and coherence across channels.
  • Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our website to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand new product features and identify new market opportunities. Develop marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our products to the target audience.
  • Marketing Collateral Management: Create and maintain a library of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Client Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights into campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage Brand and Organic Presence: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all digital platforms, enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Manage Paid Activity: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including PPC, display ads, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI.
  • Conversion Monitoring: Track and analyze conversion rates across various marketing channels, implementing strategies to improve performance and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing management role, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, or technology-oriented environment and experienced with organic digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Organic and SEO principles, email marketing strategies, social media management, and content marketing.
  • Experience with website management and optimization, including knowledge of CMS platforms and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in crafting marketing messages. Able to articulate ideas and messages effectively.
  • Technical proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • High attention to detail and you will be highly organised and an excellent time keeper.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
