Position Overview

Are you a digital marketing pro with a knack for strategic campaign management? We’re looking for someone to oversee our advisor recruiting division, using your skills to drive quality leads and appointments for our recruiting team.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and through email to attract new advisors.

CRM Management: Use CRMs (e.g., HighLevel, Keap) to manage marketing funnels and automate follow-up processes.

Lead Generation: Oversee the recruitment marketing process, from lead generation to applications, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified appointments.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to enhance appointment quality and conversion rates.

Performance Tracking: Plan, track, and report on campaign metrics, analyzing ROI to inform strategic decisions.

Marketing Materials: Develop and maintain relevant marketing collateral to support recruitment efforts.

Continuous Optimization: Test and refine campaign elements for ongoing improvement and results.

What You Bring

3+ years in digital marketing, with strong experience in Facebook advertising.

Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns, from sourcing images to crafting ad copy and setting up campaigns.

Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like HighLevel or HubSpot.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with a drive to make a positive impact in a collaborative team.
