Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., HighLevel, Keap) to streamline marketing funnels and automate follow-up processes.
• Supervise the recruitment marketing procedure from lead generation to application submission, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve appointment quality and enhance conversion rates.
• Plan, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, focusing on return on investment (ROI) to guide strategic marketing decisions.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials that support recruitment strategies.
• Continuously assess and refine campaign components to achieve optimal results.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with a focus on Facebook advertising.
• A proven history of managing successful paid advertising campaigns, including image sourcing, ad copy creation, and campaign setup.
• Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HighLevel or HubSpot.
