Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive Ciiclo’s online presence. This role involves creating and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and attract service providers in areas such as study abroad consulting, moving services, home repairs, and airport transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Create compelling and engaging content tailored to the Vietnamese community abroad, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to promote partnerships and onboard new service providers onto the Ciiclo platform.
• Execute marketing strategies to attract service providers specializing in study abroad consulting, home repairs, moving services, and airport transfers.
• Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance through SEO, SEM, and data analytics tools.
• Establish and maintain strong online relationships with service providers, guiding them on how to utilize the Ciiclo platform effectively.
• Monitor social media trends and community engagement to identify opportunities for growth and brand enhancement.
• Organize and participate in online events, webinars, and digital outreach programs to engage with potential partners and customers.
• Provide regular reports on digital marketing campaigns, including performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all digital channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about digital marketing and brand development.
• Proven experience in creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and digital advertising.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the Vietnamese community and an understanding of services related to studying abroad, moving, home repairs, and airport transfers is a plus.
• Vietnamese speaking is preferred.

Pay: $53,609.00-$92,589.00 per year
