Are you a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for creating impactful campaigns? Do you have a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through innovative digital strategies? L & D Resourcing is looking for a talented individual with 5+ years of digital marketing experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.)
• Manage and monitor campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
• Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve performance
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding
• Develop engaging content and monitor social media presence
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on digital marketing efforts
• Manage website updates and improve user experience (UX) and conversion rates
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of content marketing and email marketing
• Experience with website management and optimization
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
• Degree in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus
