Digital Marketing Specialist | Great Southern Bank | Australia
As our highly valued Digital Marketing Specialist based in Brisbane, your role will empowered to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels with the goal to generate new sources of traffic, leads and sales to help grow one of Great Southern Bank’s exciting new product offerings.
You will have real ownership of results with end to end campaign management accountability across all digital marketing channels including search, display and social, with the opportunity to work alongside some of Australia’s best marketers and use cutting edge tools.
This role will see you collaborating with your peers in the marketing team, and with the digital team to develop detailed end to end reports to help both teams understand how their work is contributing to business success.
You will be a solution-orientated strategic thinker, who has experience running digital marketing campaigns and loves getting into the data.
You’ll make an impact by:
Planning, execution and optimisation of Paid Search, Social, Display and Affiliate campaigns with full ownership of results and performance for your product set within Great Southern Bank
Ongoing analysis of digital marketing channels to identify areas for increased investment for profitable volume, or areas where investment needs to be reduced for profitability
Managing and optimisation of campaigns to allocated budgets and business targets.
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
2 plus years’ marketing experience and business experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency (Financial Services experience desirable).
Hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and ideally experience with Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360 and Display & Video 360
Business/Marketing degree or similar tertiary level qualification.
