GCQ Study Abroad is seeking a seasoned Content and Digital Marketing Expert with a minimum of 3 years of experience to drive our online presence and enhance our marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with our brand objectives, engage prospective students, and strengthen our university partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital marketing trends, strong writing skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development
- Create and implement comprehensive content strategies across various digital platforms to attract, engage, and convert prospective students.
- Collaborate with the admissions and university outreach teams to develop tailored content that addresses audience needs and promotes study abroad programs.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Design, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to meet performance targets.
- Content Creation and Management
- Produce high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
- Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication of content and adherence to brand guidelines.
- SEO and Analytics
- Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience across all platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative marketing environment.
Performance Targets
In this role, you will have specific targets that you are expected to achieve, including:
- Lead Generation: Achieve a minimum number of qualified leads generated per month through content marketing efforts.
- Engagement Metrics: Increase social media engagement rates and website traffic within the first 6 months.
- Conversion Rates: Attain a specified conversion rate on digital campaigns and content-driven initiatives.
- Content Production: Ensure the production of a defined number of high-quality content pieces (e.g., blog posts, videos) per month, aligned with the editorial calendar.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the education or international sector.
- Skills:
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media management platforms, email marketing software).
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).

Pay: ₹16,974.47 – ₹26,125.40 per month
