About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead all marketing and branding activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong executional skills, endless creativity, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is an opportunity for the right person to take full ownership of JD Advising’s marketing function driving strategy, execution, and results! They will lead a broad range of activities, including email and text marketing, social media management, content creation, branding, and campaign coordination. primary role is to ensure our marketing efforts align with our growth goals and strengthen our position in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Manage email marketing (Sales Cloud), text campaigns, and social media, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Lead content creation, including website updates, video campaigns, and free resource promotions (webinars, guides, etc.).
• Build partnerships and manage sponsorships, including podcasts and influencer collaborations.
• Oversee the marketing calendar and campaign execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create on-brand, compelling materials.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in marketing workflows.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies and stay ahead of trends.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and other teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Manage contractors and external resources as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
• Strong skills in email marketing, social media (especially video) content creation, and website optimization
• A creative mindset with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating effectively with teams
• Proficiency in tools such as Sales Cloud, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn and integrate them into marketing efforts
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for storytelling and branding
• Previous experience or knowledge of the exam preparation industry is a plus!
