Job Description:
Certybox is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and executing SEO strategies to promote our educational products and services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the EdTech industry and a proven track record of increasing online engagement and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and analyze campaign data for insights.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and ensure alignment with search engine best practices.
- Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Ensure ad copy aligns with the brand voice and engages the target audience effectively.
- Performance Analysis:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Market Research & Trends:
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, EdTech industry insights, and platform algorithm changes.
- Identify new opportunities for advertising and audience engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Proven expertise in running successful campaigns in the EdTech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for on-page SEO tasks.
- Experience with ad budget management and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO.
- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating ad visuals (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
