Experience: 2-3 years in digital marketing, preferably in the IT services or related industry

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

3. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, and videos.

4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaign effectiveness.

5. Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and enhance online visibility.

6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, recommending and implementing innovative strategies.

8. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.

9. Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.

10. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, landing pages, and other digital assets as needed.

11. Utilize knowledge of web development platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and modern AI tools to enhance digital marketing efforts and user experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2. Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the IT services sector.

3. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

4. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in keyword research and on-page optimization.

5. Experience with social media management tools and platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.

8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

9. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and technologies.

10. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
