We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at MahaDev DigiWeb. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence and drive business growth.

> Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Create and manage campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• SEO and SEM management: Optimize website content, meta tags, and keywords to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
• Content creation and management: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Social media marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Email marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
• Client collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, provide regular updates, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
