About the Role
InvestMates is a dynamic startup who established its Indian market and is now expanding globally. This is going to be an amazing opportunity and you will be involved in all aspects of development for an exciting next gen platform for global consumers, from conception to a finished product enjoyed by people around the world. Seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our start-up and grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote InvestMates’ app features and
services.
● Collaborate with product teams to understand new features and effectively
communicate their benefits to users.
● Create compelling campaigns to drive user engagement, retention, and acquisition.
● Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google
Ads, Meta Ads, and others.
● Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
and user growth.
● Manage budgets effectively to achieve marketing goals.
● Ensure all marketing initiatives align with basic SEO principles.
● Coordinate with content teams to create search-optimized materials.
● Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
● Track KPIs, create reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
● Use analytics tools to monitor performance and recommend improvements.
● Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to align digital
marketing efforts.
● Partner with sales and customer success teams to integrate feedback into
campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Proven 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in product and
performance marketing.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and
analytics platforms.
● Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to improve strategies.
● Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in app-based product marketing or fintech platforms.
● Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hotjar.
● Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing.
● Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
● Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced environments.
