Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Craft and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation for Passivae among recruitment agencies worldwide.
• Content Creation:Develop comprehensive content plans that include white papers, case studies, blog posts, infographics, videos, and email marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials that resonate with our target audience in the recruitment industry.
• Digital Campaigns:Manage and optimise PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to improve performance over time.
• Analytics and Reporting:Use analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies based on data.
• Website Management:Ensure the company website is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and an effective lead generation tool.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement new features or content that enhance user experience.
• Social Media Engagement:Grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and other relevant social media where recruitment professionals are active.
• Engage with the community, respond to queries, and foster relationships.
• Webinar and Event Coordination:Plan, promote, and execute webinars, workshops, or industry events to showcase Passivae’s capabilities.
• Partnership and PR:Work with industry influencers, bloggers, and media to secure backlinks, coverage, and co-marketing opportunities.
• Manage PR initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
• Email Marketing:Design and send out targeted email campaigns including newsletters, product updates, and promotional content.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience:3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing in tech or recruitment industries.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Skills:Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, CMS platforms, email marketing software).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with an ability to generate new ideas for content and campaigns.
• Proficient in content creation or management of writers/graphic designers for content production.

Additional Information:

• Must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of recruitment or HR tech markets is a plus.
• Ability to understand and adapt to international markets’ marketing needs.
