About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in HubSpot to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, delivering, and monitoring online marketing efforts to support the expansion and growth of Innovatia’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy and Campaigns:
• Design, implement, and monitor innovative digital marketing strategies using social platforms, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and other techniques to drive traffic and build connections with potential customers.
• Lead marketing campaign efforts, defining measures, identifying target audiences, and ensuring SEO keyword usage.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and define the organization’s digital marketing strategy to reinforce brand image.
• Social Media Management:
• Build and maintain the organization’s brand presence across all social platforms and digital channels.
• Support day-to-day social media initiatives, including planning, creating, managing, and publishing content.
• Content Development:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content such as blogs, whitepapers, and webinars.
• Independently create written and visual content as needed.
• HubSpot and Website Management:
• Enhance and manage the company’s website using the HubSpot platform.
• Build, monitor, and manage email campaigns, nurture programs, automation rules, prospect lists, segmentation, and platform templates in HubSpot.
• Paid Advertising and Analytics:
• Initiate and monitor paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Google AdWords.
• Monitor, analyze, and report insights from website and social platform performance to inform overall strategy.
• Optimization and Recommendations:
• Recommend tools, programs, and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leverage analytics to enhance conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as online advertising, Google Analytics, and optimizing content for the web.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and familiarity with Google marketing tools.
• Proven ability to write compelling website and social media copy with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing is an asset.
• Metrics-driven with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of HTML and website content management principles is an asset.
• Awareness of the latest tools, platforms, and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management.
