Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid and organic content strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Optimize advertising campaigns utilizing tools like Google AdWords, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Effectively manage and allocate substantial marketing budgets to maximize campaign impact.
- Create and enhance custom audiences leveraging first- and third-party data to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance, enhance creative elements, and increase engagement.
- Deliver thorough reporting on campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for enhancement.
- Present campaign results and strategic insights to clients, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
- Contribute to new business proposals by showcasing innovative digital strategies and successful case studies.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and platform advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge digital products tailored to the needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
- Utilize your expertise in e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, to elevate campaigns and enhance customer experiences.
- Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in campaign ROI, ensuring efficient budget use.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a concentration on both paid and organic strategies.
- Preferred certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Expertise in managing substantial budgets and optimizing spend across marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in audience segmentation and custom audience development.
- Practical experience with A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret complex data into actionable strategies.
- Experience in developing digital products for both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, with experience in campaign optimization for online retailers.
- Excellent reporting capabilities with the aptitude to present data and strategy insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of articulating digital strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in pitching and securing new business through strategic digital solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
